About Urs Hochstrasser: Urs Hochstrasser is the most popular raw food gourmet chef in Germany. He originally comes from the hotel management and is a trained chef. Throughout his career, it was found that he studied at Columbia University NY Studied behavioral psychology. At Anne Wigmore in "Hippocrates Institute Boston", he worked in food science. He later studied at the Open University in India and Sri Lanka earned a doctorate for "Alternative Medicine and Acupuncture". The balance to his work he receives from his hobbies.
